Giving Back with Wiley X

At Wiley X, we believe in making a difference beyond eyewear. From supporting our military to helping communities in need, 2024 has been a remarkable year of giving back. Here’s a look at how we’ve partnered with incredible organizations and events to create a meaningful impact.

Boots & Barrels Event – Benefiting Boot Campaign (March 2024)

We kicked off the year by contributing to the Boots & Barrels competitive clay shoot benefiting Boot Campaign. Wiley X proudly donated Eyewear, supporting an organization dedicated to improving the lives of veterans and military families.

Texas Panhandle Wildfire Relief (March 2024)

When the largest wildfire in Texas history devastated ranchers and farmers, we teamed up with Potts Feed Store in Emory, Texas, to deliver relief. Together with our fellow Texans, we filled a 50-foot semi-truck with feed and fencing supplies to help rebuild the Texas Panhandle.

Express Your Gratitude Campaign – Benefiting Boot Campaign (May 2024)

In May, we honored our service members through the “Express Your Gratitude” campaign. Wiley X employees donated funds and heartfelt notes to military members, amplifying our ongoing partnership with Boot Campaign.

The Wall That Heals (May 2024)

We were honored to support and sponsor “The Wall That Heals,” a four-day event in Texas that memorialized the 58,000 service members who lost their lives during the Vietnam War. It was a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by our military heroes.

Redneck Triathlon – Benefiting Boot Campaign (June 2024)

The Redneck Triathlon in Aledo, Texas, combined fun and philanthropy. Wiley X team members, including ambassador Zach Bell, showcased their skills alongside veterans and supporters. Participants received a discount coupon, and the event fostered camaraderie while raising funds for Boot Campaign.

Camp Agape (June 2024)

We partnered with Camp Agape, a nonprofit in Marble Falls, TX, to support children aged 7 to 12 who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Wiley X’s contributions help bring healing and hope to these young hearts.

RED T-Shirt Campaign – Benefiting Boot Campaign (September 2024)

In September, we launched a limited-edition RED T-shirt in collaboration with Nine Line and Boot Campaign. Proceeds supported our service members, showcasing our commitment to those who serve.

North Texas Food Bank Volunteer Day (November 2024)

Giving back to our local community, 46 Wiley X employees packed 77,695 pounds of food for North Texas families in need. This was our second year volunteering with the North Texas Food Bank, and it’s a tradition we’re proud to continue.

Back the Women in Blue – A Girl and A Gun (November 2024)

We supported the 8th Annual Back the Women in Blue event, hosted by Texas-based nonprofit A Girl and A Gun. Wiley X provided eyewear for 22 female officers, along with additional donations and prizes to support their training and event costs.

Seasons of Service – Boot Campaign (December 2024)

To close the year, we joined Boot Campaign’s “Seasons of Service,” donating over 300 pairs of Wiley X eyewear. Employees also volunteered their time wrapping and assembling gifts for military families in need during the holidays.

Kyle Petty Charity Ride (Summer 2024)

This summer, Wiley X supported the Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America, a cross-country motorcycle ride benefiting Victory Junction, a camp for children with serious illnesses. We donated eyewear to the riders, ensuring their journey was both safe and stylish while supporting a life-changing cause.

ManeGait, Mckinney TX

We continued our support and sponsorship of ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship in Mckinney, TX. ManeGait helps children and adults with disabilities move beyond their boundaries through the healing power of the horse and the dedication of a professional, caring community.
