"Glasses are fine, more or less cheap plastic frames, but I needed impact rated lens. A bit pricey in my opinion, and their communication is terrible! You'd thimk they'd at least let you know when they shipped? Nope, if not for my personal UPS account, I would have never known and I was going to be gone for several days!! Thank goodness I coordinated with my neighbor to grab them and hold util I returned. Come on Wiley, send a simple shipping email. . . . ."
"I had older Wiley X and the lenses were getting worn and unfortunately I couldn't get replacement lenses, so I found the WX JAKL. I also needed the safety aspect for my job and being outside all day I needed good quality sunglasses too. With these I find they are comfortable, very good vision quality and I'm able to wear them all day."

"I didn't like the prescription lenses in the Jackel frame, but I got them replaced in the P-17 frame and I like them. This is my 4th pair of Wiley X prescription eyeglasses and I have been happy with all of the traditional frames with a little wrap around. I don't recommend the blade style for prescriptions, but I am overall happy with the quality and customer service from Wiley X."

"Dear Wiley X Customer Support, I have just received my package, and I am honestly shocked by what I found inside. The shipment contained only a leash cord with rubber temple grips. The prescription glasses that I ordered and paid for are completely missing. This has to be some kind of mistake. I waited for my order only to receive an accessory instead of the actual glasses with prescription lenses. Could you please explain how this happened and let me know how you intend to resolve this issue as soon as possible? I would appreciate an immediate investigation and a prompt shipment of the correct order."
"All positive. Progressive Rx lens in frames. Put my own script in, used a couple different apps to figure out pupil distance. They turned out perfect. A little bit bigger on my face, but I knew that risk when I ordered. Very happy"
